At MEDIRA, we are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our processing times, estimated delivery times, and shipping methods.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Methods and Partners
We work with trusted shipping partners, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail, to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders.
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please check during checkout for availability.
CHANGES AND ORDER CANCELLATION
You can request changes or cancellations to your order as long as it has not been processed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. Please send any requests to info@trymedira.com.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at info@trymedira.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes included whenever possible. Customers will not incur additional customs fees upon delivery.
TRACKING NUMBER
After purchase, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking will be available once your product has shipped. Any product may be shipped from a fulfilment center other than our global warehouse.
