1. Defective / Manufacturing or Quality Issue
If your item has a defect or quality issue, we’ll replace it or refund you after review.
2. Doesn’t Fit Me (Size/Color Change)
In most cases, you do not need to send the original item back. You simply pay the shipping cost for the new package, and we’ll ship the replacement once approved.
3. Changed Opinion (No Longer Wanted)
You may return or exchange the product, but you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
4. Wrong Item Received (Wrong/Missing Item in the Package)
Send the incorrect item back (after approval) and we’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.
5. Parcel Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need changes, contact us right away. If a parcel returns to us due to an addressing issue, we can reship once corrected; reship postage may apply.

If you need to return all or part of your order, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email info@trymedira.com to request a return within your window:
• RodPosture back brace: within 90 days of delivery
• All other products: within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number, the item(s), and whether you want a refund or a size/color exchange.
2. Approval & Return Address: We’ll confirm acceptance and send the correct return address. Returns are canceled if not shipped within 14 days of approval.
3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product in original packaging with all accessories. Items must be like new. RodPosture back brace: you may try it for up to 90 days to assess comfort and support—just keep it in good, clean condition (no stains, odors, pet hair, tears, or alterations). Wearing it over a clean T-shirt is recommended. Items returned must be complete and hygienic; heavily worn or soiled items can’t be accepted.
4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided and share the tracking number with our customer service team.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 days using the original payment method.
Products that meet the following criteria cannot be returned:
Unless specifically marked “final sale,” promotional/discounted items follow the same return windows above. If an offer is labeled final sale, it isn’t returnable.
If your product was damaged during transit, please:
We’ll send a replacement free of charge. If a second defect occurs or a replacement isn’t suitable, we’ll issue a full refund.
