Step 1: Prepare the brace for use. Attach the left & right straps to the velcro so its easier to put it on.

Step 2: Slip your arms through the shoulder straps, just like putting on a backpack. Adjust so the brace rests comfortably on your back.

Step 3: Bring the waist straps around to the front of your stomach. Fasten them snugly — tight enough for support, but not so tight that it restricts breathing.

Step 4: Pull the shoulder straps down toward your stomach and tighten.

💡 Tip:
You can tighten the shoulder straps in two ways: To your stomach for a firmer hold around your waist. To your shoulders for extra lift and posture support. Experiment to see which feels best for you.
